## Summary

#### Overview
**Framework Arrangement for Provision of maintenance, repair and servicing of motor vehicles (FY 2026-2028) for Sigor Sub County Hospital, County Government of Bomet.** Open to eligible bidders with vehicle maintenance capabilities; joint ventures allowed with up to 3 members; bidders must meet PPADA requirements and anti-corruption provisions; foreign bidders must meet nationality/local-content rules.

#### Requirements

- Conflict of interest: no disqualifying relationships; no improper consulting support from affiliates.
- Nationality/local content: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers; JVs limited and joint liability applies.
- JV rules: maximum 3 members; joint and several liability; ability to sign on behalf of JV; if applicable, provide JV agreement or letter of intent.
