## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of maintenance services for Matla Power Station: vessel surface preparation, internal & external corrosion protection (coatings and/or linings), pressure testing, safety valve calibration and/or name plate replacement on an as-needed basis, for a five-year term.** Suitable for contractors with mechanical/maintenance expertise in pressure vessels, coatings/linings, corrosion control, NDT, valve calibration, and pressure equipment compliance (PER), plus ability to operate under Eskom’s governance (SHEQ, ISO 9001/14001/45001, Supplier Integrity Pact). 

#### Requirements
- Health & safety: comply with OHS Act 85 of 1993; site induction; contractor competency for tasks. 
- Environment: obtain environmental authorisation; EMS ISO14001; pollution prevention; EMS records; final payment tied to housekeeping checks. 
- Quality/records: submit and obtain approval of QCPs; comply with QM58/OMOP4497; manage non-conformities; maintain pressure equipment records per 21 days post-work; ensure signatures and traceability. 
- Documentation/regulatory: adhere to ISO 9001/14001/45001 requirements; obtain AIA/Mandated signatures for inspections; ensure records are legible and properly filed. 
- Integrity/eligibility: complete Supplier Integrity Pact and Integrity Declaration forms; disclose shareholding/beneficiaries; comply with National Treasury restricted-suppliers checks; adhere to Eskom tender rules (no 100% subcontracting; open/e-tender submissions).
