#### Requirements
- ICASA compliance: device and/or certificates confirming standards meet ICASA requirements.  
- National footprint: service points in all 9 SA provinces with proof of SLA per province.  
- Technical qualifications: associations (VESA/VSS), 5 CVs of qualified technicians, and CVs from VESA/VSS-certified technicians.  
- Local content and BBBEE: Supplier Development Localisation targets; BBBEE improvement/retention plan; skills development commitments.  
- Documentation: complete SBD forms, local-content declarations (G1–G4), integrity/policy undertakings, pricing in PDF and Excel, and related returnables.  
- Additional contractual and compliance requirements (per NEC3/TSC3 framework, safety, insurance, confidentiality, and data handling).
