**Mercury merSETA seeks to lease Head Office accommodation, including tenant improvements, with about 2,500–3,500 m² of office space and at least 170 secured parking bays within a 20 km radius of Parktown, ready by 01 June 2027 and leased through 31 March 2030 (with renewal option).** Eligible bidders are landlords/property agencies capable of delivering compliant, accessible, and safely equipped office premises.

#### Requirements
- Office space: 2,500–3,500 m² (up to 3,500 m²); on-site parking 170 bays minimum; disability-accessible.
- Location: within 20 km of MerSETA’s current office; close to public transport and amenities.
- Building standards: SAPOA A/B/P grade; accessible and barrier-free.
- Facilities: backup power (600 KVA min generator or approved solar); minimum 10,000 L water tank.
- Tenant installation: landlord to carry out TI; delivery ready for occupation by 01 June 2027.
- Compliance: Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993; Municipality Certificate of Occupancy; Electrical COC; Lift/Elevator Certificate; title deed or Ghost Conveyance report (recent).
