#### Overview

#### Requirements
- Fully quote according to the price structure and scope; quotes must be submitted by the closing deadline and to the correct email.
- Provide a minimum of two reference letters from prior clients where Microsoft Subscription Licences were supplied (on client letterhead, with contact details and signatures, independent of the Bidder).
- Submit a valid copy of a Certified Microsoft Partner.
- The bidder must be able to pay Microsoft first and provide proof of payment to NRWDI, or provide credible assurance of arrangements with Microsoft that ensure service continuity.
- Include ID copies of the owners/directors of the bidding company.
- Complete all SBD forms (SBD 4 and SBD 6.1) and attach BBBEE certificate or affidavit (if applicable); provide CSD report.
- Tax compliance and not listed on the National Treasury’s restricted or tender-defaulters list at award stage.
- The bid is subject to National Treasury General Conditions of Contract.
