#### Requirements

- Include a Power of Attorney authorizing the signatory.
- Provide sample Insurance Policy for each type of insurance required and conformity with the schedule of requirements.
- Complete all forms (Form of Tender, Schedule of Prices, Eligibility/Qualification documentation) and disclose ownership/conflicts of interest as required.
- Submit all documents through the IFMIS portal by the deadline; pages must be serialized.
- Abide by standstill (14 days) after notification of award before contract signing.
