#### Requirements
- Registered on CSD and eThekwini Supplier Portal; tax compliance status (PIN/TCS) required.
- Accredited OpManager reseller; accreditation letter required and OpManager certificates for assigned resources.
- At least three (3) signed customer references for OpManager in last 3 years.
- Fully completed mandatory MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and submitted on official letterhead; pricing/quotation documents as required.
- Proof of OpManager accreditation and relevant documentation; evidence of permissions for reselling and renewal of licenses.
- If applicable, CSD number and/or SARS TCS PIN; consortia/JVs must provide separate TCS/PIN for each party.
