#### Requirements
- Minimum 5-year operational lease; no deposit; possible Tenant Installation Allowance. (Annexure A)
- Landlord to carry out refurbishments per CIDB requirements; building must be habitable for office use.
- Separate water and electricity meters; ongoing exterior/common area maintenance.
- Right of first refusal on sale, if applicable; adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act and Building Regulations.
- Documentation to submit: title deed, relationship letter with landlord/agent, CSD registration, municipal accounts, and original Tax Clearance; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit. (Annexure A; Annexure B)
- Compliance with standard Legal Aid SA lease terms; site inspections and potential demonstrations. (RFP documents)
