#### Requirements
- Operational lease for a minimum of five years (options: five, seven, or 9 years 11 months); tenant installation/refurbishment by landlord; no deposit; water backup and maintenance provisions; CIDB-aligned refurbishments; accessibility and safety compliance; occupancy ready by specified date.
