#### Requirements

- Building must meet Legal Aid SA workspace norms and be ready for occupation; compliance with occupation/transfer documents (plans, occupancy, zoning, fire safety, electrical, pests, maintenance plan).
- Evidence to be provided: proof of registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD), tax compliance, and a SARS Tax Clearance (original TCC); for consortia/joint ventures, separate TCS/CSD for each party.
