**Provision of office accommodation for a period of up to five (5) years for Legal Aid SA’s Piet Retief satellite office.** Bidders are landlords/landlords’ agents with Piet Retief office space who can meet Legal Aid SA workspace norms, provide refurbishment/tenant installation allowances, and handle CIDB-compliant fit-outs. Bidders must be registered on CSD and tax-compliant.

#### Requirements
- Operational lease for Piet Retief space for a minimum of five years (up to 9 years 11 months); no deposit; possible Tenant Installation Allowance; landlord to carry refurbishments per CIDB requirements; separate water/electric meters; right of first refusal; ongoing maintenance; habitable premises; accessibility requirements.
- Location and facilities criteria: within Piet Retief area, near public transport and magistrate court; ground floor or fully accessible; parking provisions; building must allow uninterrupted water supply and meet space norms.
- Documentation and pre-qualifications: signed SBD 1, SBD 3.1 (Pricing), SBD 4, SBD 6.1; original Tax Clearance Certificate (or proof/CSD registration); active CSD status; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; title deed if owner/agent submitting; letter of authority if submitting on behalf of landlord.

- AdditionalContractual: confidentiality, performance risk, and ownership of IP rights transfer to Legal Aid SA; adherence to GCC and any SCC.
