#### Requirements
- Evidence of owner/landlord status or facility-management capability and ability to lease for 36 months.
- Premises must be in Elliot, within a 5-kilometre radius from town, meeting the scope of work (10 personnel, defined offices, boardroom, storeroom, kitchen, server room, ablutions, parking).
- Compliance with relevant legislation: Occupational Safety Act, Government Immovable Asset Management Act, National Building Regulations, and Office space norms.
- Space and layout suitable for Administration, Extension Services, and Veterinary Services; includes required electrical/networking (Cat 6, multiple power points).
- Documentation: Tax compliance (CSD), CK registrations, Joint Venture agreements if applicable; all SBD forms completed; supplier arrangement if general dealer; etc. 
- Compliance with Government Tender rules and contract conditions (including 2010 General Conditions, and evaluation criteria).
