- Property ownership or signed deed of sale if bidding as owner; provide title deed if applicable.
- Location/proximity to Polokwane CBD (1–6 km) with GPS coordinates; municipality-approved plan.
- Compliance: OHS, electrical, fire/evacuation, universal access; municipal services paid (clearance).
- Turnkey approach to outsourced services (maintenance, cleaning, security) with clear plan; CGE handles internal cleaning.
- Security: PSIRA-registered provider; confirmation letter and PSIRA certificate.
- Cleaning: compliance with Bargaining Council, Department of Labour; proof required.
