#### Requirements
- Minimum 344 m² rentable area; location within Lusikisiki CBD within 2 km; minimum 6 covered parking bays.
- Title Deed or authorisation letter from building owner.
- Building Compliance Certificate; Electrical, Plumbing, Fire certificates; Occupancy NB Regulations/Health & Safety compliance.
- Emergency lighting/generator; Disabled access and toilets; secure perimeter; access control; CCTV optional.
- Landlord to maintain building; ECPTA pays specified utilities and internal services.
- Site readiness to occupy within timeframe; all pages signed; Joint Venture rules if applicable.
