## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of Painting Maintenance Service at OR Tambo International Airport for six months.** Suitable for CIDB-rated contractors capable of painting maintenance, with demonstrated project management and safety competencies, and able to meet tax, labour and procurement requirements.

#### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading of 4GB or higher.
- Compliance with tax obligations; provide SARS PIN or CSD number; COIDA compliance.
- Complete and sign all official bid forms; no alternative bids.
- Functionality threshold: minimum 85/100 based on Tender Resource Proposal (60), Qualifications (30), Experience (30), plus Company References (40) as part of Stage 4 evaluation.
- Proposals must include: qualified project manager, painter technician, painter assistant, and an OHS officer with relevant qualifications/membership; minimum years of relevant experience.
- Three painting maintenance references; proven ability in painting maintenance works.
- Insurance and risk management as per NEC3 contract data; adherence to health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Compliance with PPPFA/BBEE and related proof to qualify for preference points.
