## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of pest control and hygiene services for SABC, Western Cape for a period of three years.** The contract covers SABC buildings in the Sea Point area (209 Beach Road) with monthly pest control, rodent management, bin servicing, fumigation and related hygiene activities; suitable for pest-control operators with relevant licenses and registrations.

#### Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Registration for a Pest Control Operator (Structural Pest Control) by DAFF.
- Lease agreement or municipal bill valid at closing.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
- TV License statement for the company (and valid licenses for all active directors/shareholders).
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN.
- Original or certified BBBEE certificate (SANAS).
- Certified company registration document; certified copies of shareholders and IDs for directors/members.
- Access to NKP vetting; personnel deployed must be vetted.
- 2 SAPCA certificates and CV for on-site qualified pest control technicians (15 points; 1 technician yields zero).
- Compliance with health, safety and environmental rules; permit-to-work for related tasks.

Notes: non-compliance with tax, TV license, or CSD registration leads to automatic disqualification. Equipment remains the contractor’s responsibility.
