## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of Pest Control & Hygiene Services for SABC’s Western Cape provincial offices for a period of three years.** Bidders should be able to supply comprehensive pest control and hygiene management for facilities (Sea Point and adjacent sites), with certification as a Structural Pest Control Operator, and capacity to provide all equipment, chemicals, and on-site personnel. Experience in public/corporate facilities, adherence to OHS/HSE regulations, and NKP vetting for staff are essential.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory documents: current Certificate of Registration as a Pest Control Operator (Structural) by DAFF; lease agreement or municipality bill at closing.  
- Registrations and compliance: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; valid TV license statement for company; valid SARS Tax Clearance; BBBEE certificate; certified company/ shareholder documents and IDs.  
- Experience and references: detailed company profile; number of years in pest control/hygiene services; 3–7 client reference letters (not older than 2 years).  
- Resources/equipment and quality: evidence of chemicals (2 invoices), MSDS, PPE invoices (2024–2026), and a comprehensive Quality Plan with checklists and infestation reports.  
- Personnel: two SAPCA-certified pest control technicians (CVs and certificates).  
- Health, safety and access: compliance with SABC HSE rules, permits to work, and NKP staff vetting.  
- Commercial: duration 3 years; pricing via Annexure F; payment terms 60 days after invoice; 90-day bid validity.
