#### Requirements
- Submit an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Plan with your proposal; IPM must be approved, with a 5-working day revision window if unacceptable. Include pesticide labels/SDS, equipment, bait boxes, and monitoring details. (Annex B)
- Provide qualified pest-management personnel who are licensed/certified; include copies of Commercial Pesticide Applicator certificates for staff on site; maintain uniformed, identifiable staff and PPE. (Annex B)
- Demonstrate experience in pest control for commercial buildings; submit verifiable reference letters; minimum qualification scoring applies (SAQA/NQF4 or higher with applicable certificates/leadership certs). (Annex D; 2.3)
- Safety/file requirements: prepare a comprehensive safety file (forms, risk assessments, method statements, permits, etc.). (Annex C)
