- On-site team composition: supervisor (trade-tested plumber) and plumbers, including two female onsite staff; proof of trade tests; minimum years of experience as specified (e.g., 5+ years for supervisors, 3+ years for plumbers).
- PIRB Certificate of Compliance for the resource issuing COC; proof of registration.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN (or CSD number if no PIN); ensure tax status is clear.
- Insurance considerations: capacity to meet required insurances (public liability, professional indemnity, etc.) as referenced in the contract data.
