#### Requirements

- All pricing must be all-inclusive in South African Rand; pricing schedule to be provided.  
- Bid documents must be signed, two printed copies plus one electronic copy; blue/black ink where required.  
- Bids must be submitted in the FAIS Ombud tender box before the closing time; late submissions are rejected.  
- Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and keep information current.  
- Post-award: conclude a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and provide a performance scorecard; background checks may be conducted.
