#### Requirements

- Fully completed and signed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and offer on company letterhead.
- Proof of Fortinet partnership (valid letter not older than 12 months) and Fortinet NSE7 certificates for engineers.
- At least three signed customer reference letters for Internet and Fortinet NGFW management with dual Internet connections in the last 3 years.
- Stage One admin/compliance documentation and related PPPFA/Specific Goals requirements (e.g., BBBEE where applicable; MBD7.2; consortium docs if relevant).
- For foreign suppliers: Part B3 questionnaire; if no TCS, provide CSD number; separate TCS/PIN for joint Ventures as required.
