**Procurement of professional architectural services for the refurbishment, repairs and maintenance of the Barkley East Service Centre in the Joe Gqabi District.** Suitable bidders are PSPs with SACAP-registered professionals, tax compliance, and not listed in the Treasury’s restricted supplier database; the contract uses the CIDB Professional Services Contract (Third edition, 2009).

#### Requirements
- At least one company director must be registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect; proof required.
- Tax matters in order; evidence verified via CSD, with a 7-working-day cure period if non-compliant.
- Not listed on the Treasury’s restricted suppliers register.
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); CSD proof required.
- Returnable documents: Form of Offer and Acceptance, SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, project references, pricing schedule, and project team CVs with SACAP proof.
- Evidence of relevant project experience: minimum three completed projects (last five years) and three current projects.
- Professional Indemnity insurance to be provided within 21 days of appointment (insurer undertaking).
- B-BBEE considerations and other standard bid requirements; 84-day bid validity; two-stage procurement process.
