#### Requirements
- At least one company director must be registered with ECSA as Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist; provide valid membership and compliance verification.  
- Tax matters must be in order; not in Treasury’s restricted suppliers database.  
- Bidder must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof.  
- Provide valid certified Professional Registration certificates for at least one director and professionals assigned to the project.  
- Submit CSD report and evidence of three completed projects in the last five years and three current projects, with client, value, duration, and references.  
- Returnable documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, Form of Offer and Acceptance, Pricing Schedule, and project team CVs with registration verification.  
- Provide a Professional Indemnity insurance undertaking within 21 days of appointment.
