## Summary

#### Overview
**NRWDI seeks to appoint a qualified provider to deliver psychometric assessment services for a period of three years, covering Specialist, Managerial, and Executive roles.** The bidder must administer, interpret, report on, and provide feedback for validated psychometric tools, customize assessments to NRWDI culture, and offer virtual and/or physical delivery. Approximately 10 Specialist, 10 Managerial, and 6 Executive assessments per year are expected. Bidders should be SA-based with HPCSA-registered professionals, use SA-appropriate instruments, and demonstrate a proven track record. Closing: 07 September 2026 at 11:00. 

#### Requirements
- Expertise in psychometric assessment services (administration, interpretation, reporting, feedback, talent evaluation).
- At least 3 years of relevant psychometric assessment experience (more than 5 years earns higher points).
- Professionals must be registered with the HPCSA; all assigned professionals must be registered.
- Use scientifically validated, legally compliant tools; SA psychometric instruments preferred.
- Deliverables include customized assessments, role adaptability, ongoing technical support, strict confidentiality, comprehensive reporting, and a proven track record.
- Provide at least three client reference letters (on letterhead, with contact details).
- Compliance: ISO 9001:2015 (if applicable); BBBEE certificate or affidavit; SBD forms; CSD registration; tax clearance; per-position pricing.
