**Provision of psychometric assessments for recruitment and development for a period of three years on an as-and-when-required basis at the University of the Free State (UFS).** Bidders should be accredited in psychometric assessment services with relevant tools, experienced in higher education contexts, and able to operate an online/remote platform. - Stage 2 evaluation criteria include: (i) verification of at least three references (min 2 years each) with up-to-date contact details (30 points); (ii) manager experience (5–10 points); (iii) company experience (>4–10 years; up to 10 points); (iv) certification/licensing (HPCSA, etc.) (10 points); (v) assessment governance, POPIA/data security, licenses, support, training (up to 30 points); (vi) quality management system (10 points).
