**Procurement of Quality Assurance Services for the Central Bank of Kenya’s Enterprise Content Management System implementation (Re-advertisement), to be procured via QCBS from eligible consulting firms.** The RFP is open to national/international firms; pre-proposal meeting and detailed TOR are in the tender documents.

- Documentation: Confidential Business Questionnaire; SD1/SD2; Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination; Bid Bond of Kes 50,000; power of attorney; forms TECH-1 to TECH-7 and FIN-1 to FIN-4.  
- Financial: priced in Kenya Shillings; all taxes included; Capacity Building Levy of 0.03% applies.  
- Other: no submitting multiple proposals; standstill period post-award; QCBS weighting (Technical 0.8, Financial 0.2).
