## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of round log transport from Entabeni to Timbadola Sawmill on an as-and-when-required basis.** Suitable bidders are forestry/logistics transport providers with timber-haulage capability, including those meeting the mandatory equipment, COF/licensing, SANAS B-BBEE (or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE), CSD/tax clearance, and ENatis requirements.

#### Requirements
- Complete the RFQ on company letterhead; submit by email.  
- Submit SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification or sworn EME/QSE affidavit; latest Tax Clearance; CSD (or MA AA number); ID copies of directors.  
- Mandatory equipment and capabilities: minimum three 6x4 or 6x6 rigid truck tractors with 2–3 axle logger trailers; three-wheel logger; COF and LCO/ENatis documentation (RC1/LCO) or proof of purchase; leased equipment requires lease/rental agreement. Equipment must be immediately available after award.  
- Rate sheet to be provided in Schedule 6; indicate rates per km; all spaces to be completed; rates exclude VAT and handling.  
- Returnable documents: signed RFQ, official quotation on letterhead, tax clearance, BBBEE, CSD/MAAA, directors’ IDs.  
- Evaluation: Phase 1 Administrative Compliance; Phase 2 Mandatory Evaluation (equipment configurations and proof); Phase 3 Price and Specific Goals (80/20, 100 points; 51%+ Black Ownership = 20 points).
