#### Overview
**Procurement of round log transport from Entabeni to Timbadola Sawmill.** SAFCOL invites bids from timber transport service providers with forestry-grade equipment and credentials (COF/licence, SANAS B-BBEE or sworn affidavit, CSD/tax clearance). #### Requirements
- Equipment: minimum three 6x4 or 6x6 rigid truck tractors with two/three-axle log trailers and three-wheel loaders for loading; ownership or valid proof (ENatis RC1/LCO or purchase/lease docs) for fleet; leased equipment requires lease/rental agreements.
- Certifications and registrations: Certificate of Fitness, valid licences; ENatis documents; SANAS-accredited or sworn EME/QSE B-BBEE verification; SARS tax clearance; CSD registration (within 7 days of award if not registered).
- Documentation: fully completed RFQ, company-on-letterhead quotation, SBD forms, IDs of directors, latest tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD/MAAA number.
- Rate and scope: Rate Sheet fully completed (Schedule 6) with rate/km and rates excluding VAT; North Region rate schedule (0–90 km) must be populated.
- Compliance: responses on time; no delivery before official PO; prices firm incl VAT; adherence to SAFCOL terms and conditions.
