#### Overview
**Provision of round log transport from SAFCOL Bergvliet Plantation to Sappi Ngodwana, covering pine and gum/pulp transport within regional forestry operations.** Target bidders are transport/logistics providers with forestry-grade equipment and the ability to meet fleet, regulatory, and B-BBEE requirements.

#### Requirements
- Minimum mandatory equipment: at least three 6x4 or 6x6 rigid truck tractors with two/three-axle logger trailers, plus two or more wheel loggers for loading; proof of ownership via ENatis (RC1/LCO) or equivalent, or lease agreements if leased; original manufacturer documentation if ownership proof is not available; COF and licenses for all units.
- Compliance and certifications: COF/licensing; SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn EME/QSE affidavit; CSD registration; SARS tax clearance; IDs of company directors.
- Administrative and contractual: quotations on company letterhead; completion of all SBD forms; VAT inclusive pricing; returnable documents as listed (see attached RFQ).
- Operational scope: timber transport across multiple modes (SH, DTM, LH, Handling) for pine and gum within up to 100 km; rate sheet to be completed in Schedule 6.
- Evaluation: conformity to administrative and mandatory requirements; price (80 points) and specific goals (20 points) with 51%+ Black Ownership yielding 20 points.
