## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks a service provider to transport round logs from Thathe Vondo to Timbadola Sawmill.** Eligible bidders are forestry/logistics operators with capable timber-haul equipment, experience in forestry transport, and the ability to meet SAFCOL’s pre-qualification requirements (COF/licence, SANAS B-BBEE or EME/QSE affidavit, CSD/tax clearance, ENatis ownership/lease documents).

Note: The RFQ scope references Entabeni plantation with lead distances up to 90 km, while Delivery Location in metadata is Nelspruit.

#### Requirements
- Minimum equipment: at least three 6x4 or 6x6 rigid truck tractors with 2–3 axle logger trailers; three-wheel log loaders.
- Proof of equipment ownership or valid ENatis documents (RC1/LCO or equivalent) and, if leased, lease agreements.
- All units to meet COF and licensing requirements; OEM accreditation recommended.
- Rate sheet completed in Schedule 6 (including all rate/km spaces); rates exclude VAT.
- Returnable documents: signed RFQ, company letterhead quotation, tax clearance, SANAS B-BBEE or sworn affidavit, CSD/MAAA number, IDs of directors.
- B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit; joint ventures require consolidated BEE.
- Compliance documents: SBD forms; SAFCOL Supplier Code of Conduct acknowledgment.
- Pre-qualification: valid tax status; CSD registration within 7 days of award if not on CSD; compliance with anti-corruption declarations.
