## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of runway and taxiway repairs for BFIA for a period of 6 months.** This RFQ by Airports Company South Africa targets CIDB 2CE+ civil pavement contractors to execute pavement repairs under an NEC3 Term Service Short Contract (TSSC3). A compulsory briefing and site inspection are required.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 2CE or higher.  
- Tax & registrations: SARS PIN and Tax Compliance Status; where applicable, separate TCS/CSD numbers for JV/consortium; is required.  
- Insurance: aviation liability insurance ≥ R300,000; proof before work starts; annual renewal.  
- Functionality: minimum 90/100. Requirements include proven company experience (2+ similar projects) and qualified personnel (Project Manager with Civil Engineering qualification; Site Supervisor with ND Civil Engineering; CVs and client references).  
- BBEEE: provide original sworn affidavit or SANAS B-BBEE certificate; JV must provide consolidated certificate; proof of goals claimed.
