#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks a security services provider to supply safety and security at Duncan Village Buy-Back Centre for a four-month period.** The scope covers static guarding, access control, patrols, armed response, asset protection, and incident reporting. #### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or supplier number on proposal.
- Complete MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9 and Declaration of Bidder forms.
- PSIRA compliance: company PSIRA cert, good standing, and directors’ PSIRA registrations.
- Firearm licenses: three certified licenses in the company name.
- Insurance and labour compliance: COIDA good standing; Public liability insurance min. R1 million.
- Security experience: demonstrated experience with a combined minimum value of R300,000; reference letters.
- Specific-goals proof for PPPFA: BBEEE-related documentation (if claiming points).
- Financial/ownership queries: confirm municipal accounts not in arrears for >3 months for company and directors; provide age/debt proofs or lease/lessor confirmations.
- No resource sharing with other bidders; strict verification of information.
- Hard-copy submissions only; no email submissions; prices inclusive of VAT.

#### How to Apply

- Pre-qualification: register on CSD; complete all MBD forms; comply with mandatory requirements (PSIRA, firearms, insurance, debt status).
