**Procurement of SAP ERP third-line support services on an as-and-when-required basis.** Open to SAP partners with valid SAP accreditation and proven SAP ECC 6.0 with EHP7+ experience (3+ years) in SA, capable of providing K3/K4 SAP and Oracle support across PS, PM, MM, Finance/CO/SD/AM, Authorisations, ESS/MSS, BASIS, ABAP, XI/PI, Business Objects, plus Oracle DBA/Solaris. The contract caps at 500 hours; pricing is a fixed hourly rate (excl. VAT); submissions due 22 Oct 2026 by 16:00 via the e-tender portal. Bid scoring: 80/20 (price vs PPPFA goals).

#### Requirements
- Valid SAP Partner Accreditation (attach).
