#### Requirements
- IsatPhone2 units and airtime as specified (2 x 500 units; 730 days airtime; 1000 units loaded; transferrable with renewal).
- Compliance and registrations: valid Tax Compliance PIN; SARS e-Filing where applicable; CSD number if no TCS; CIDB registration (if applicable); B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Documentation: submit on official bid forms; include MBD1–MBD9 where applicable and Pricing Schedule – MBD 3.1; attach required compliance certificates and ID as requested.
- Procurement rules: 80/20 PPPFA evaluation; 90-day bid validity; payment within 30 days of invoice; no site meetings; no fax/e-mail submissions.
- Registrations: ODM Accredited Supplier Database and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
