#### Overview
**Provision of security services for Emakhazeni Local Municipality’s offices, plants and workshops for a period of 36 months.** Bidders should be security service providers with PSIRA registration for the company and directors, CSD and SARS tax compliance, and the ability to meet on-site 24/7 control room, riot team, and critical infrastructure requirements. The scope includes guarding, control room operations, and related security services across municipal sites.

#### Requirements
- PSIRA registration for company and directors, with certificate and good standing
- Tax compliance: valid SARS Pin/TCS, tax clearance, and CSD registration (including separate TCS for joint ventures/consortiums)
- Central Supplier Database registration and submission of company documents (CK/Certificate of Incorporation) and, if applicable, Joint Venture arrangements
- Evidence of liability insurance (min. R10m), UIF, COIDA, and Private Security Sector Provident Fund
- Firearm licenses and related competencies where required; vehicle ownership or lease arrangements; control room compliance
- BBBEE status and proof as applicable; audited financials and staffing/experience data as part of Phase 2
- Compliance with SCM policy and on-site safety/health provisions; ability to deploy riot and critical infrastructure teams per Phase 2 criteria
