**Provision of security services for the Winnie Madikizela Mandela DoA Office in the Alfred Nzo District for 36 months.** Open to PSIRA-registered security providers with a local Alfred Nzo office, capable of guarding, access control, patrolling, screening, asset protection, emergency support, and security management in compliance with relevant laws.

#### Requirements
- Company PSIRA certificate; PSIRA certificates for security officers; Police clearance for owners/directors and security officers.
- COIDA, UIF, Bargaining Council; ICASA license; Tax/compliance verification on CSD; VAT/tax clearance as applicable.
- Liability insurance of at least R2 million; proof of armed-response capability and a local Alfred Nzo District office.
- Evidence of company registration (CK documents) and ability to comply with Labour rates; payslips and payroll records as required.
- Experience: CVs for project manager (Grade B PSIRA, ~5 years) and supervisor (Grade B/A, ~3 years); detailed references for similar security deployments; proof of armed response capability.
- Staffing and equipment: guards with PSIRA grades C–E; service aids (two‑way radios, torches, occurrence books, uniforms, name tags, etc.); documented staffing schedules.
- Compliance: ethical practices, citizen status for owners/officers, police clearances, and proof of ongoing PSIRA compliance.
