#### Overview
**PROVISION OF SERVICE, REPAIRS AND FAULT FINDING FOR HAULERS AND REACH STACKERS FOR TRANSNET PORT TERMINALS AT THE DURBAN BBC TERMINALS FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS.** This RFP targets service providers with heavy equipment maintenance capabilities for port-hauled fleets, including engineers/technicians with SAQA-accredited Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Mechanic Trade Test, Auto Electrician/Electromechanics/Millwright trades, plus the ability to supply five traceable port-haulers references and compliant on governance, tax and supplier registrations.

#### Requirements
- SAQA-accredited Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Mechanic Trade Test (two qualifications for awarding points) and SAQA-accredited Auto Electrician/Electromechanics/Millwright trades (two qualifications).
- Five traceable references for Port Freight Haulers within the last ten years with project details.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS or CSD registration where applicable.
- B-BBEE status evidence (certificate or sworn affidavit) and compliance for any JV/consortia.
- Security clearance may be required to the level of CONFIDENTIAL/SECRET/TOP SECRET.
- Mandatory attendance certificate for compulsory RFP briefing; ongoing compliance with POPIA and related documentation.
- Returnable documents and electronic pricing to be submitted via the Transnet e-Tender Portal.
