#### Requirements
- Must be registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) or show CSD supplier number.
- Complete MBD 4, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9 and Declaration of Bidder forms.
- Meet all minimum compliance and mandatory requirements.
- Provide valid proof of specific-goals claims (MBD 6.1): B-BBEE Level 1; ownership by black women/youth; or disabled person(s) as applicable.
