## Summary

#### Overview
**The SAMRC invites bids for Software Development, Support and Maintenance Services to support the SAMRC Information Services Technology Division.** The project targets a qualified service-provider capable of delivering development, ongoing support and maintenance under a 36-month contract (with annual reviews and potential 24-month extension).

#### Requirements
- Download bid documents from the SAMRC website within 31 July–28 August 2026.
- Register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to submission; provide supplier number and unique registration reference.
- Bids evaluated on functionality, then 80/20 preferential points under the PPFA framework (Act 5 of 2000) and 2022 Regulations.
- Must supply all items as per bid specifications; require a formal service level agreement (SLA).
- Submission: 1 original hard copy plus 1 USB with full tender information; late, faxed or emailed bids not accepted; can also be submitted via the SAMRC online portal.
