#### Overview

- Deliver UFH-branded tracksuits to Alice Campus and supply a quality sample for evaluation (specifications outline branding: UFH logo front; back wording for student top; staff navy tracksuit design to remove logos). 
- Compliance with UFH SCM policies; scoring includes 80 points for price and 20 for specific goals (including ≥51% ownership by EC-based entities); bidding must satisfy gender/GBV and related policies. 
- Bid validity, disclosure, and anti-collusion declarations as per attached forms (SBD family; e.g., SBD 9). 
- University reserves right not to award or to amend evaluation criteria; no late quotations are accepted.
