#### Requirements
- PSIRA accreditation and evidence of control room facilities (ownership or lease) and ICASA authorisation; 24/7 monitoring capability; site photographs. 
- Functionality threshold: minimum 70% with criteria including Control Room Facilities (20), Ownership/Lease of Vehicles (15), Experience (45), Methodology (15). 
- Ownership or lease evidence for a fleet of security vehicles; vehicle documents or lease agreements. 
- Demonstrated experience for similar 36-month engagements; award letters and client references. 
- Complete and submit required bid documents: Pricing Schedule, MBD 1/4/6/7/8/9, PSIRA accreditation, Central Supplier Database registration, tax references/pins, proof of municipal services payments, lease ownership documents where applicable. 
- Compliance: tax clearance, proof of municipal payments, and eligibility under PPPFA (80/20 or 90/10 depending on value), with specific goals documentation. 
- Briefing and site inspection: compulsory briefing session; questions by email; site inspections as advertised.
