## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of stevedoring container services for Transnet Port Terminals at Port Elizabeth, Ngqura, Cape Town Container Terminal and Cape Town Multi-Purpose Terminal for a 2-year period.** Open to service providers with a valid Transnet National Ports Authority stevedoring license (container sector) and the capacity to staff required gangs (Foreman, Hatchman, Sereng, Supervisor, Workmen) in line with TNPA rules, safety/SHEQ standards, and port planning. Bidders should be able to operate under Transnet’s two-gantry per port model and meet vessel pre-plan/turnaround requirements (per Annexure A). 

#### Requirements
- Valid TNPA stevedoring license for container operations. (ANNEXURE A) 
- Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number; VAT status as applicable. (RFP forms) 
- Staffing and gang composition: minimum crew per gantry; specified roles (Foreman, Hatchman, Sereng, Supervisor, workmen) and shift patterns. (ANNEXURE A)
