**Provision of supplying and installation of air conditioning units at Eskom Northern Cape Operating Unit (GEMMA Cluster).** Suitable bidders are mechanical/electrical contractors with CIDB minimum 2ME, capable of executing Eskom SHE requirements, and possessing (or implementing) a QMS aligned to ISO 9001 (per Eskom standard). - Contract type: NEC3 short-term contract terms to be considered (see NEC SHORT TERM CONTRACT.PDF).  
- Environmental requirements for GEMMA Cluster (Annexure C) and safety/Audits as specified (SHE).
