#### Requirements
- CSD registration as a service provider (MAAA number) and eThekwini vendor portal/S RSS registration.  
- ISO 9001 certification for the rethreading facility.  
- NRCS approval for tyre rethreading; on-site plant in KwaZulu-Natal (include address).  
- On-site inspection of tenderer’s premises (to verify capabilities).  
- Three years’ rethreading experience with reference letters (client, fleet size, dates).  
- Returnable documents: MBD4, MBD5 (if applicable), MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; Tax Compliance PIN or Tax Clearance; Declaration of Municipal Fees; OH&S Declaration; Authority of Signatory.  
- Clear pricing on Official Tender Form; quotes valid for 120 days, with possible additional 12-month acceptance window.  
- Preference: 90/10 system; Specific Goal: RDP (South African owned enterprises).  
- Sub-contractors: disclose scope and sub-contractors if any; JV agreements if applicable.  
- Local content and import terms as per SCT.
