## Summary

#### Overview
**The PPECB seeks to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to deliver VAT training to PPECB staff responsible for finance, accounts payable/receivable, taxation and compliance.** The training should cover VAT principles, registration requirements, taxable/exempt/zero-rated supplies, and input/output VAT calculations, with delivery suitable for PPECB’s exports environment.

#### Requirements
- Relevant VAT training experience; qualified VAT specialists or registered tax practitioners as facilitators.
- QCTO accreditation and ability to issue completion certificates; knowledge of VAT legislation.
- Availability to deliver online training (MS Teams) and ability to tailor content to PPECB context.
- At least three contactable references; demonstrated capacity for organisations of similar size.
- Signed conflict‑of‑interest declaration and confirmation of no involvement in PPECB external audits.
- Compliance documents: SBD1, SBD4, valid Tax Clearance or SARS PIN, valid B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE affidavit, SBD6.1, and CSD registration proof.
