#### Overview
**Provision of verification of qualifications and other background checks to the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) for a period of three years.** Open to service providers experienced in verification of qualifications (matric, tertiary, international), criminal and credit checks, identity/fingerprint checks, and related background screening (including social media checks).

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and proof; SARS Tax PIN or Tax Compliance Status; CSD/Tax documentation per SBD requirements.
- Complete and submit all mandatory forms: SBD1, SBD3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD4 (Declaration), SBD6.1 (PPBEE), plus Annexure A pricing schedule.
- Provide evidence of B-BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit) and, if applicable, details for any sub-contractors.
- Phase 2: demonstrate company experience (10+ years preferred), provide three or more verification report samples, and supply a minimum of three client reference letters.
- Membership in a recognised background screening association (e.g., SABSA).
- Three-envelope bid submission; no USBs; documents bound and properly organized.
