- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and proof of CSD/TCS status as applicable (CSD number if no TCS PIN).  
- Technical requirements: rent of two floor-standing hot/cold water dispensers (colors silver/grey/black), health and safety compliant; monthly water bottle refills (20 x 20 L), safe drinking water standards; one-off installation costs; warranty for rental period; servicing, sanitizing, maintenance and prompt repairs during the contract.
