- Bidders must achieve at least 80% on System Demonstration to be evaluated further on price and preference points.
- Evaluated using an 80/20 preference points system; in accordance with Municipal policies and the Regulations.
- No bids from persons in the service of the state.
- Bids must remain valid for 180 days after the closing date; extensions may be requested.
- Telephonic, facsimile, e-mail, and late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on issued documentation.
