## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision to supply and install Direct Internet Access link installation, support and maintenance for 24 months.** Eligible bidders are ICT service providers with enterprise DIA capabilities (primary 1000 Mbps fibre, 1:1 contention), a secondary 100 Mbps link, theatre link, 24/7 support, and required certifications (ICASA). Proposals must align with SAST’s PFMA framework and include fixed monthly billing and a 24/7 managed network service.

#### Requirements
- Attendance at the compulsory briefing session.
- ICASA registration (valid license).
- CSD registration and CSD report (MAAA).
- Completed SBD1, SBD4, and SBD6.1 (where applicable).
- SAST POPIA Consent form completed.
- GCC signed (all pages).
- SARS Tax Pin; tax compliance status.
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE acceptable).
- Certified share certificate; CIPC company registration.
- IDs for directors listed on CIPC.
- Evidence of capacity to deliver the described DIA solution (primary 1:1 1000 Mbps, secondary 100 Mbps, theatre link; 24-month maintenance; 99% uptime SLA; 4-hour MTTR).
