#### Overview
**Provisioning/renewal of SSL certificates for 24 months for the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and Environment (SSL subscriptions and related services).** IT security/SSL providers should consider bidding, and must be able to supply Lawtrust-certified SSL certificates (partner/reseller).

#### Requirements
- Mandatory: proof of being a certified partner or reseller of SSL Lawtrust.
- Submit completed SBD documents, supplier formal quotation, and CSD report.
- Pricing must include VAT where applicable; provide VAT details and your CSD MAAA number.
- Tax compliance: provide SARS-related tax status information (PIN) or CSD number; comply with tax requirements.
- Preference points: 80/20 system; up to 20 points for specific goals (ownership >50% by Black people, Women, or people with disabilities); JV/consortia may share points if ownership criteria met.
- Documentation to claim preference: complete SBD 6.1, medical certificate if claiming disability, SANAS/CIPC B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and Ownership Certificate (CIPC).
- All quotations must be valid for 90 days from closing date.
